Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Each piece is packed by hand with care and attention to detail. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your jewellery for dispatch.

UK Shipping

We offer free standard delivery on all UK orders. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–5 working days. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

International Shipping

We currently ship to the United States, Singapore, Australia, Germany, France, and the United Arab Emirates.

International delivery typically takes 7–14 working days, depending on your location and any customs processing times. A flat rate of £19.95 applies to all international orders.

Please note: Local customs duties, import taxes, or VAT may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price.
