Return Policy
Thank you for shopping at KATE PEARL. We truly hope you enjoy your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things may not meet your expectations, and we are here to assist you.
We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund. Please note, due to the limited availability and delicate nature of our high-value stocks, we are unable to offer exchanges at this time.
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in perfect, unworn condition, as it was when you received it. Items that do not meet these criteria will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund.
We do accept returns on earrings; however, for hygiene purposes, they must be unworn. If there is any sign of wear or damage, we will unfortunately be unable to accept the return. All returns must also adhere to our standard 14-day return policy, as outlined above.
International Orders:
Due to the complexity of customs and shipping logistics, we currently do not accept returns for international orders. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us at info@katepearl.co.uk, and we will do our best to assist you.

Repairs:
We may be able to assist with repairs, depending on the condition of the item. Please note that repair charges will vary based on the nature of the issue.
To request a repair, please email us at info@katepearl.co.uk. In your email, kindly include the following:
- Your full name
- A clear photo of the damage
- Proof of purchase
- A brief description of the issue with your jewellery
Once we receive your request, we will assess the item to determine if it can be repaired. If repairable, we will inform you of the estimated duration and provide a cost estimate based on the specific issue.
