Welcome to KATE PEARL LTD (“we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from us.

By placing an order through our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before placing your order.

1. Products & Descriptions

We take great care to ensure all product details, descriptions, and prices are accurate. Due to the natural origin of our pearls, each piece is unique and may vary slightly in shape, designs, tone, or size. This individuality is a hallmark of their natural beauty. Model images are digitally created to represent the design and scale of the jewellery. The actual piece may vary slightly in shape and tone due to the natural uniqueness of each pearl.

2. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or inventory issues.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. A second email will follow when your order has been shipped, which will include tracking information.

3. Pricing & VAT

All prices on our website are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT for customers in the United Kingdom.

For orders placed outside the UK:

  • UK VAT will not be charged at checkout.

  • Your local customs authority may charge import duties, taxes, or VAT upon delivery. These fees are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not liable for these charges or any delays they may cause.

4. International Shipping

We currently ship to:

  • United Kingdom

  • United States

  • Singapore

  • Australia

  • Germany

  • France

  • United Arab Emirates

Import Duties & Taxes:
International customers are responsible for paying any import duties, VAT, or other charges upon arrival. Your local courier or customs office will contact you to arrange payment before delivery.

Refused Deliveries:
If a parcel is refused due to unpaid customs fees, we may not be able to refund the original shipping cost. Return costs and any customs fees may also be deducted from your refund if the parcel is returned to us.

5. Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days.

UK Delivery:
Standard delivery is free of charge and typically arrives within 3–5 working days from dispatch.

International Delivery:
Delivery to international destinations usually takes 7–14 working days, depending on location and customs clearance.
A flat £19.95 international shipping fee applies to all orders shipped outside the UK.

We are not responsible for courier delays, customs processing times, or incorrect delivery information provided at checkout.

6. Returns & Exchanges

For customers in the UK, our full returns process is outlined on our Returns Policy page. Please refer to that page for instructions, timeframes, and eligibility criteria.

International Orders:
Due to the complexity of customs and shipping logistics, we currently do not accept returns for international orders. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us at info@katepearl.co.uk, and we will do our best to assist you.
